I had to write a review for this salon because of how amazing my hair braider was. Coumba did my hair in beautiful crochet style. She was professional and super nice. The salon is clean and the girls all seem to braid very neat based off of other heads I saw getting done. I absolutely love coming here and getting my hair done! They always do such a good job, especially Annie. It is also very easy to schedule appointments with Coumba since she is very responsive. Love this place! I’ve been going for over a year now and I will keep going back! Coumba is so sweet and accommodating for appointments. The staff is punctual, kind, super quick! I cannot say enough good things about Simina Braiding, Kumba, and Mammi! This has been my go to place for the last 3 years and every time I leave satisfied. The shop is clean and comfortable while being there for a couple hours. Booking is a breeze and organized. Quality of the hair used and braiding is also amazing. This is my second time booking an appointment for my young at Simina African Hair Braiding. Our first braids lasted for 8 weeks with no fraying. This has been the BEST experience. The salon is clean and in order. All of the technicians are friendly, fast, and incredibly talented. The owner, Coumba, listens to the clients and works with your stylist to deliver the exact style you ask for. If they are not able to do something, she is honest and finds a compromise. My daughter’s stylist Fatima was very good. I had two stylists today to takedown, wash/condition, and rebraid my hair. I had one of the best experiences with siminas hair braiding. All of the women in there, who are braiding stylists are the absolute sweetest, and make you feel very comfortable! I called a day before I actually needed their service and the owner was so sweet and helped me as much as she could by squeezing me in, for the next day.
